Developers building one of four new towers in Dallas’ Victory Park project say the first apartments in the 285-unit residential building will be ready for tenants in August.
Lennar Multifamily Communities is building the high-rise apartment tower called The 23 on Victory Avenue east of Stemmons Freeway.
The 23-story residential building will have 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a Cinépolis Luxury Cinema 700-seat movie theater.
“We’re excited to reach this milestone, as it means we’re inching closer to our goal of officially adding much needed luxury housing to the fantastic Victory Park neighborhood,” John Allums, Texas divisional president of LMC, said in a statement. “The area’s newfound vibrancy has created buzz throughout the Dallas market, and we believe it’s perfect timing to add an amenity-rich community that will deliver a first-class experience for our residents.”
The luxury apartment project will have studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom rental units. The building will have a fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, 8,000-square-foot sun deck, catering kitchen and dining room, lounge areas and private work spaces.
The 23 is on of four new apartment towers on the way in Victory Park, which is located on the northwest edge of downtown Dallas.
Developers Greystar, Genesis Real Estate and Novare Group are building three more high-rises with more than 1,000 additional deluxe rental units.
